Trace Johannesen

Chief Operating Officer

Trace Johannesen is Chief Operating Officer at Lifetime Cos. Previously, he was a Senior Enterprise Client Partner at Toptal, where he helped enterprise companies solve their most complex problems by matching them with the world’s top on-demand talent. Prior to Toptal, he worked in varying technical and management consulting roles at Slalom, Southport Services Group and MicroStrategy Professional Services.

Before his professional career, he served as a fourth-generation Marine in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Trace is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and served as both City Councilman and Mayor in Rockwall, TX, where he lives with his wife Amy and their five children.
