Operations Manager

Lifetime Co’s is a special place servicing the needs of high net worth families, individuals and entrepreneurs. Comprised of 3 companies with in-house legal services we address the complexities the come with achieving wealth and managing wealth for those who choose not to hire their own staff. Clients have the privilege of using one or all of our services in fulfilling their specific needs.

Lifetime is currently in a 12-month process of implementing the EOS program and is committed to becoming a high functioning team.

We are seeking an Operations Manager for the Lifetime Co’s. They will have an instinctive ability to recognize, retain, and respect the talent within the organization, and help guide team members to reach their full potential through support and mentorship. They will be tasked to identify and hire new talent that complements our culture and makes us better. This role will ensure we are providing comprehensive client experience that promotes the client/advisor relationship resulting in commitment and loyalty while always placing the needs of our clients above our own.

Essential Job Functions

  • Meet regularly with the Founder/CEO/CIO and staff to identify, discuss, and solve issues or concerns and strategy
  • Evaluate new ideas and concepts from the Founder/CEO, verifying alignment with our business’ core focus
  • Implement the vision and strategy of the Founder/CEO, ensuring a consistent message throughout the organization
  • Design, build and maintain the organizational structure and meeting flow
  • Prepare agendas for Management Teams
  • Organize all company meetings
  • Lead implementation of change in client facing and support functions


  • Lead, manage, and hold staff accountable
  • Develop and maintain control of all business operations, adjusting as necessary to ensure the organization is consistently “rowing” together in the same direction
  • Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team
  • Creates comprehensive goals for performance and growth strategies
  • Recognize areas of opportunities for improvement across the organization, including opportunities to boost revenue, reduce cost, and increase profitability throughout the organization
  • Identify, develop, refine, and implement processes and systems to clarify expectations, increase efficiency, and ensure accountability and scalability
  • Provide the resources necessary to create and achieve meaningful quarterly goals and track ongoing progress in quarterly meetings
  • Consistently demonstrate a passion for vision alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity across the organization


  • Proven results as an efficient team leader, holding team members accountable along with excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic
  • Ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent * Understanding of and ability to create healthy organizational culture
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Experience leading high-performance teams within the Wealth Management sector strongly preferred
  • Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
  • Flexible, collaborative and proactive leader who can positively and productively impact operational areas both strategically and tactically
  • Communicate change effectively, builds commitment and overcomes resistance, prepare and supports those affected by change
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Word
  • Passionate about exceeding clients’ and teammates’ expectations

Preferred 7 years or more of Integrator experience, Preferred MBA

Although not required, we would prefer a candidate who has a deep understanding and experience within the wealth management industry and specifically in the RIA space as well as an understanding of compliance under the Securities and Exchange Commission.
